Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, resalable condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
